Imparts characteristic tangy acidity and inhibits microbial deterioration in colas, carbonated drinks, processed cheese, and dairy applications complying with FSSAI/FCC regulations.
Acts as a critical clarifying reagent (phosphofloatation) by precipitating insoluble calcium phosphate complexes that trap non-sugar colorants and colloidal impurities.
Supplies essential phosphorus for yeast cell wall synthesis and energy ATP generation during bio-ethanol, enzyme, and antibiotic fermentation batches.

Yes, for repeat volumes. Send the assay, moisture, trace-metal and packing limits to the technical desk. We check them against the source plant’s capability, run a trial lot where needed, and hold the agreed limits in the annual supply agreement. Standard stock material remains available in parallel.
Three short steps — product, volume, company — route your requirement to the Ankleshwar desk with the grade and packing already attached. Quotes are issued against a real lot, not a price list.
