GST Registration
Regular taxpaying dealer — Gujarat state code 24
GSTIN printed on every tax invoice and available for vendor verification.
Every incoming lot is quarantined, sampled and tested before it is allocated. The certificate of analysis reports what the bench measured on that batch, against the limits agreed for the application.
Terminal record
COA format
Batch-specific, signed, with method and limit columns.
Retention
Sealed sample per dispatched lot, 12 months.
Most product literature quotes a typical assay. That is useful for selection, but it does not tell a plant what is inside the drum that arrived on Tuesday. Our release decision is made on the actual lot, against the specification attached to the purchase order.
The bench tests the parameters that change process behaviour: assay, moisture, pH, insoluble matter, chloride, sulphate and iron. Solvent purity and water are run by gas chromatography. Food-grade phosphoric acid is screened to heavy-metal limits, including lead at a maximum of 2 ppm.
If a lot fails, it does not become a “slightly off” grade. It is quarantined, the customer is informed before dispatch, and a corrective action is opened with the source plant. The next released lot is allocated in its place.
The core panel applied to incoming and repacked lots. Additional tests are added for food-grade, solvent and customer-specific specifications.
| Parameter | Method | Frequency | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
| Assay / purity | Titrimetric or potentiometric | Every lot | Released against the customer-approved specification, not a catalogue typical. |
| Moisture | Karl Fischer coulometry | Every lot | Critical for deliquescent salts and low-water solvents. |
| pH | Aqueous solution, calibrated meter | Every lot | Recorded at the specified dilution and temperature. |
| Insoluble matter | Gravimetric filtration | Every lot | Protects downstream filtration and catalyst beds. |
| Chloride & sulphate | Turbidimetric / ion chromatography | Every lot | Tight limits for agrochemical and plating customers. |
| Iron & heavy metals | Colorimetric / AAS / ICP-MS | Every lot; ICP-MS for food grade | Food-grade phosphoric acid held to max. 2 ppm lead. |
| Solvent purity | Gas chromatography (GC) | Every solvent lot | Purity and water reported on the batch COA. |
| Appearance & odour | Visual, reference standard | Every lot | Colour, clarity and foreign-matter check before packing. |
Methods are referenced to BIS, ASTM, ISO or the customer-approved in-house procedure. Calibration records are available during audits.
Registrations and consents maintained for the terminal’s operating scope. Copies are released during vendor onboarding; certificate numbers are not published on this site.

Supports MSME vendor registration and priority payment terms where applicable.
Vendor onboarding pack: registration copies, GPCB and PESO consents, calibration certificates, SDS revisions, retention log and last internal audit summary.
Request the packA lot can be rejected at any gate. Release is a sequence of signed decisions, not a single lab result.
A representative sample is drawn from the incoming pack or tanker after homogenisation. The sample ID is written into the lot register before testing begins.
Assay, moisture, pH, insoluble matter, chloride, sulphate and iron are run against the agreed specification. Solvent lots run by GC; food-grade acid runs to trace-metal limits.
The analyst records the result and the QA lead compares it with the specification. Any out-of-limit result triggers quarantine and a supplier corrective-action request.
A passed lot is released for allocation and repacking. The COA is generated against the actual batch number and signed off before the dispatch file is opened.
A sealed reference sample is stored for twelve months. The lot file — COA, SDS revision, invoice, packing list and weighbridge slip — stays searchable for audits.
The document set is assembled before the truck is loaded. Missing paperwork holds the dispatch; it does not follow later.
Document control
SDS revisions are checked against the current register. COAs are signed and batch-linked. Export files are reviewed by the documentation desk before container sealing.
Release practice, custom specifications, repacking controls and non-conformance handling.
Speak with the QA deskYes. The COA is generated against the actual lot number, not a generic product specification. It reports the tested assay, moisture, pH, insoluble matter, chloride, sulphate and iron values, along with the release date and analyst reference. A sealed retention sample is kept for twelve months.
For repeat annual contracts, yes. We review your specification against the source plant’s capability before quoting, then hold the agreed limits in the supply agreement. Trial lots are sampled and tested against your method before the first commercial dispatch.
We repack dry alkalis and selected liquids from bulk into 25 kg bags, carboys and drums under a controlled procedure. Food-grade phosphoric acid is repacked only in the segregated food-grade bay. Solvents are handled in the flameproof bay with grounding and bonding.
GST and IEC registration, GIDC allotment, GPCB consent, PESO licence, food-grade handling records, calibration certificates for the bench instruments, SDS revisions, retention sample log and the last internal audit report. We schedule audits by appointment so the QA lead is present.
The lot is quarantined in a marked red-tag area, the customer is informed before dispatch or immediately on discovery, and a corrective action is opened with the source plant. Replacement material is allocated from the next released lot. The disposition is recorded in the lot file.
We would rather answer the hard documentation questions during qualification than after the first dispatch. Request a sample COA, SDS revision or the vendor onboarding pack.
