01 The register

Ten line items. One release standard.

Stock chemistry for agrochemical, pharmaceutical, textile, water-treatment, food and coating plants. Each line carries a fixed specification, a stated pack range and a lot COA on dispatch.

Specifications are guaranteed limits, not typical values. Download TDS & request COA from any line item.
02 Operating method

A chemical is only as good as the file behind it.

Four controlled steps separate a drum on a shelf from a consignment a plant can release into production. This is the sequence every Apex lot follows.

01

Specify

Send the product, grade, volume, pack and destination. We confirm the source specification against your requirement before a price is issued.

Output

Reviewed specification

02

Verify

The allocated lot is sampled at intake and tested for assay, moisture, pH and trace contaminants. It is quarantined until the results are released.

Output

Released lot + COA

03

Pack & document

Material is repacked in the correct bay — dry, acid, solvent or food-grade — and the dispatch file is assembled against the invoice.

Output

UN pack + dispatch file

04

Dispatch & trace

The consignment leaves with a weighbridge slip, sealed pack, SDS revision and lot reference. The retained sample stays in our archive for 12 months.

Output

Sealed consignment

The lot file travels with the material. Invoice, COA, SDS revision, packing list, weighbridge slip and, for export, IMDG and origin documents are indexed under one lot reference.

04 The terminal

Built for the way chemicals actually move.

Dry bags, liquid acids, flammable solvents and food-grade material are stored in separate bays, loaded from separate points and documented as separate release streams. The building is organised around contamination control.

Segregation

Four storage streams, no shared scoops.

Hygroscopic dry salts sit on elevated pallets in the dry bay. Acids use epoxy-lined secondary containment. Solvents sit in a flameproof bay with grounding and bonding. Food-grade acid has its own room, liner stock and release log.

05 Logistics tool

Plan the load before the purchase order.

Translate tonnage into units, pallets and container utilisation before you issue a requisition. The estimate uses the pack specification for the selected line, including tare.

Estimator notes

Figures are indicative. Final payload depends on port weight limits, pallet configuration and carrier acceptance. Our dispatch desk confirms the loading plan against the actual lot.

06 Quality & release

The COA is a record, not a brochure.

A certificate that repeats a catalogue specification tells you very little. Ours reports what the bench actually measured on the lot in front of you, against the limits agreed for your application.

01

Quarantine on intake

Incoming material is held before release. Nothing is repacked or allocated until the bench results match the approved specification.

02

Test the critical fields

Assay, moisture, pH, insoluble matter, chloride, sulphate and iron. Solvents run by GC; food-grade acid runs to heavy-metal limits.

03

Retain every lot

A sealed reference sample of each dispatched lot stays in the archive for twelve months, indexed to the invoice and COA.

04

Control the repack

Separate scoops, liners and bays for dry, acid, solvent and food-grade streams. Calibrated balances and a signed repack record.

Documentation set

Invoice · COA · SDS · packing list

Revision-controlled SDS and a lot-specific COA with every dispatch.

Audit support

Vendor onboarding pack

Registrations, consents, calibration records and retention log on request.

“The difference shows up in an audit. The lot number on the invoice matches the COA, the sample log and the weighbridge slip. That is the whole product.”
